#13 | From 'I' to 'Us'
Ever thought about what makes "you"? You'd probably think of your heart, right in your chest because that’s where we point to identify ourselves. But isn't "you" more than just your heart? Your arms, legs, they're parts of you too. Even if you lost them, you'd still be you. But aren't they important to the total "you"?
Now, think of the world like this. Each of us is like an arm or a leg, helping the whole world work. We're not alone, we're part of something bigger.
What if we thought of ourselves as "us" not just "I", not just in our bodies, but in the world? Seeing ourselves as part of a bigger picture could change how we act and think. It could help us connect more, understand more, about our world.
Just like our arms and legs are important to us, we're important to the world. Changing from "I" to "us" can make big changes in how we act and think. It can help us work together, understand each other, and respect each other and our planet. If we all see how important we each are to the world, we can work together to make it a better place.
